Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Please note: During busy periods or product launches, processing times may be slightly extended.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.

Australia:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs delays or other factors beyond our control.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.


Shipping Locations

We currently ship from Sydney and deliver within Australia.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.


Lost or Delayed Parcels

Salty the Label is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our control. If your parcel appears lost, please contact the courier first using your tracking details, then reach out to us if further help is needed.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
