At Salty The Label, we want you to love your jewellery. If your item arrives faulty or damaged, you are entitled to a refund.

Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
Conditions: To be eligible, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and show evidence of the fault or damage.
Exclusions: Returns are not available for change of mind, normal wear and tear, or incorrect handling of the product.

We aim to ship all orders within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow it all the way to your door. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
