What is the return policy?
At Salty The Label, we want you to love your jewellery. If your item arrives faulty or damaged, you are entitled to a refund.
Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
Conditions: To be eligible, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and show evidence of the fault or damage.
Exclusions: Returns are not available for change of mind, normal wear and tear, or incorrect handling of the product.
Can I wear my jewellery everyday?
Yes! Our jewellery is designed for everyday wear. Each piece is crafted with high quality stainless steel and finished with durable 18k PVD gold plating, making it waterproof, sweat proof, and resistant to tarnishing. Whether you’re showering, swimming, or heading to the gym, your jewellery is made to endure your daily lifestyle.
When will I get my order?
We aim to ship all orders within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow it all the way to your door. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Are our pieces hypoallergenic?
Yes! All of our jewellery is hypoallergenic. We use high quality stainless steel and 18k PVD gold plating, making our pieces safe for sensitive skin and free from common irritants. You can enjoy your jewellery every day with comfort and confidence.
How should I look after my jewellery?
To get the best lifespan from your jewellery, we recommend:
Rinse after swimming in salt or chlorine.
